OUR PROCESS

1. Chat with an expert

We begin by having a first conversation with one of our experts in gemology. We not only want to learn about your diamond and budgetary preferences, but we'll also provide you with a comprehensive diamond education and answer any questions you may have.

2. Send a curated selection for you

Your gemologist will carefully select and examine a range of diamonds that are suitable for you. They will provide you with detailed information, videos and images of each diamond. You will have the opportunity to review the options, provide feedback and work closely with your gemologist until you find the perfect diamond that meets your standards.

3. Designing the Ring

After you have chosen your diamond, you will collaborate with our designer to create a unique setting for your ring and make it truly one of a kind by adding any personal touches such as engraving or hidden halos. Your ring will be handcrafted in our workshop, which takes around 4 to 6 weeks. Once the ring is complete, we get a final confirmation from you and ship the ring!
